Details of the offer
You will get 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% instant cashback only if you develop a payment to a specific online merchant during the offer.
To get the cashback offer, the customer has to develop a minimum payment of Rs 300.
A customer will get a maximum of Rs 200 instant cashback in one day.
During the offer, a customer will get a total of 300 instant cashback.
Any bKash customer can enjoy the offer by making payment from their own account subject to having active account status and adequate balance.
To enjoy cashback, the customer’s account status and incoming transactions must be active. If the cashback delivery fails due to an issue with the customer’s account, the customer will not receive the cashback offer.
If the delivery of cashback fails due to some unknown / unexpected reason other than the issue of issue of customer’s account status, bKash will attempt to distribute cashback 3 times in 2 months interval after the end of the campaign. If all else fails, no more attempts will be made and the customer will no longer be considered for the cashback offer.
Successful transactions must be completed from the bKash account to the specified merchant account during the offer to receive cashback.
BKash reserves the right to change / modify the terms and conditions of the campaign, merchant / outlet participation or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.
If a particular transaction and / or the customer’s transaction activities create a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the cashback facility, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s cashback facility.
If the merchant cannot ensure the availability and delivery of any product, bKash will not assume its responsibility, bKash only provides payment services to the customer. If the merchant returns the price to the customer for not being able to deliver the product properly, bKash is not obliged to reinstate the customer’s cashback limit for that particular transaction. The customer will be deemed to have accepted the cashback offer.
If a customer makes an incorrect payment, bKash will review the matter by verifying the customer’s claim and authenticity at the end of the campaign.
