A maximum of Tk 200 cashback per day can be enjoyed during the offer.
The cashback limit during the offer is Rs. 5,000.
Any bKash customer can enjoy the offer by making payment from their own account subject to active account status and adequate balance.
Any customer will be considered for cashback offer subject to incoming transaction and account status being active and successful transaction completed. Customer will not be considered for this offer if cashback delivery fails due to customer account status issue.
If cashback delivery fails due to any unknown / unexpected reason other than the issue of issue of customer’s account status, bKash will attempt to distribute cashback 3 times in 2 months interval after the end of the campaign. If all else fails, no more attempts will be made and the customer will no longer be considered for the cashback offer.
Successful transactions must be completed from the bKash account to the specified merchant account during the offer to receive cashback.
BKash reserves the right to change / amend the terms and conditions of the campaign, merchant / outlet participation or cancel the entire campaign at any time without any prior announcement.
If a particular transaction and / or customer’s transaction activity creates a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the cashback facility, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s cashback facility.
If the merchant cannot ensure the availability and delivery of any product, bKash will not assume its responsibility, bKash only provides payment services to the customer. If the merchant returns the price to the customer for not being able to deliver the product properly, Bikash is not obliged to reinstate the customer’s cashback facility for that particular transaction. The customer will be deemed to have accepted the cashback offer.
If a customer makes a wrong payment to the merchant, bKash will review the issue by verifying the customer’s claim and authenticity at the end of the campaign.
